YES! She is coming!
On the 5th of September 2025, I’m organizing a Breathing Concert with my music and the magic of Ekaterina Shelehova!  

One year ago, I heard Ekaterina’s voice for the first time. It cut through my heart and hugged my soul. I didn’t think—I immediately wrote her an email asking: “Do you want to join me at one of my Breathing Concerts?” She replied: “I totally love your Breathing Concerts and I’d really like to come.” And here she comes!

So, if you want to experience the magic of breathing together — breathing to the same rhythm, the rhythm of the heart — in a power place, to my music in 432 Hz and Ekaterina’s voice, then come to the Breathing Concert on the 5th of September 2025. Bring your friends and family. Adrian Kuipers is a composer, musician, filmmaker with Hobbit feet, and a lover of nature. After discovering the power of the breath, Adrian began composing special music for breathing exercises. He is the founder of Breathing Concerts and is sharing the magic of this powerful medicine with the world.

For those who don’t know Ekaterina Shelehova:

Ekaterina, is a renowned opera singer who got famous for several talent shows around the world. She is also the lead singer of the band Era. She’s known for the wonderful songs “Savage Daughter” and “Earth Melodies.” Check out her [Instagram], where she has gathered over 1.2 million fans, or her [YouTube channel].

How did it all start?

The Breathing Concerts dream began in East Germany in 2023, where Adrian lives. After a trial concert in Berlin and multiple sold-out tours, we’re now here—with this incredible collaboration between Adrian and Ekaterina Shelehova.

Do I really have to breathe?

I’d love for you to try and experience it! But no—you’re welcome to simply enjoy the music and the energy flowing through the space. You don’t have to breathe to the rhythm of my music. I’d say give it a try; you can always return to your normal rhythm.

Do I need breathing experience?

It’s for everyone! Whether you have no experience at all, are an expert, or somewhere in between. :) By the way, I always say that everyone is an expert—you’ve been breathing since birth, right? 😉 Come alone, with your friends, your yoga group, or your breathwork club. See you there!

Why come together?

Since the beginning of time, cultures around the world have shown that coming together is essential for mental and physical well-being. These gatherings created a space where everyone felt supported by the community. In our increasingly digital world, the Breathing Concerts invite us to rediscover the power of togetherness—to feel the strength of breathing lovingly in unison. To be carried by it, and also to awaken your own inner forces. Your breath. Your voice.

In which language will it be?

The language of the heart for sure 😁... and the music speaks for itself. When I speak, it will be in Basic Adrianish English—so Dutch folks and international guests can all understand 👍

Music in 432 Hz?

Yes! The music is tuned to 432 Hz and specially composed with rhythms that align with breathing techniques. This allows everyone to breathe together—and let the magic happen.

Program & breathing techniques:

Heart Coherence Breathing – to open the heart. 
Heaven-to-Earth Breathing – a form of box breathing to connect with the soul. 
With Love Breathing – inspired by Tummo and W. Hof’s breathing techniques to create loving energy for every cell in your body and the world.

You can breathe along with the music or simply close your eyes and enjoy the frequencies as a concert. Ekaterina will sing with my music, and in between the breathing exercises, we’ll play and improvise. Yes, she will sing Savage Daughter! It will be a special version—together with me! :)

Bringing kids?

There’s a high chance people will enter a meditative state 😊. So if you want to bring your kids, please consider whether they can remain quiet so that everyone can stay deep in the experience. 😘

Fixed seating? Sitting or lying down? What to bring?

This time it’s a seated concert with chairs and church benches. Bring layered clothing so you can adjust to the temperature. Bring a bottle filled with good, structured water :) It will be energized during the concert. No assigned seats—you can choose your spot when doors open.

Cacao before?

Enjoy a cup of ritual cacao before the concert (19:00–20:00).
It’s not only delicious and healthy, but it also works as a heart opener—perfect for starting the concert.The cacao is vegan, organic, and sourced from small farmers. It’s made with love by Niene, who adds herbs from her mother’s garden, Reiki energy, and lots of love. Bring €6 in cash or pay via Tikkie if you’d like to enjoy this.

PRACTICAL ARRIVAL INFORMATION ABOUT TICKETS, TIMES, ETC:

Seated concert
As mentioned, this will be a seated concert. There are 610 seats, including chairs and church benches. It’s almost sold out (only 4 tickets left), so it will be magical when we do the With Love Breathing together! There is no space for mats, mattresses, or box springs, so you can leave those at home :)

There are no reserved seats, so the first to enter can choose their spot. There is enough space for everyone, and together we’ll make sure everyone finds a comfortable place. (In the end, we all close our eyes and focus on the music and the breath. Then we are all front-row in our inner world.)

What to bring
Don’t bring too many things, as we have a full house. But do bring good, structured water for yourself, maybe layered clothing so you can adjust as needed. Bring cash if you want to drink cacao before the concert and bring your entry ticket, either on your phone or printed.

Entry ticket
Because many people are coming, there will be lines outside the church. To minimize waiting time, we ask you to show your purchase confirmation on your phone or printed at the entrance. (We initially planned to use an old-fashioned check-off list, but given the number of attendees, this isn’t feasible.)

The purchase confirmation is the email showing the price, which you received immediately when you placed your order, with the subject: “Order #SH… confirmed.” There will be two entrances where you can join the line. We ask for love and patience towards each other. We can do it!

Address and timing
On 5 September 2025, the doors of the Dominicus Church in Amsterdam (Spuistraat 12) open at 7 PM. They will close at 8 PM once the people in line are inside, to provide a safe, enclosed space. The concert lasts until approximately 10 PM, and after that you can chat or hug until 11 PM. Parking is something you’ll need to figure out yourself—it’s always tricky in Amsterdam. It’s not far from Central Station, so taking the train is also an option.

Cacao before and for home (cash only)
Cacaofairy Niene will be there again with her powerful cacao. You can buy it between 7 and 8 PM at her stand. Note, cash only, so bring coins and bills. Niene will also add her Reiki magic. This is the perfect base to start breathing and dive deep into yourself. And it’s just incredibly delicious :)

She is currently preparing “cacao for two” packages for home, already mixed with her special herbs. This way, you can invite a friend or partner for your own small cacao ceremony at home. It includes Niene’s magic, without having to worry about ratios or how to season the cacao yourself.

Recordings
During the concert, recordings will be made by visual artist Lars Veenstra. The footage may be used for a video clip with Ekaterina and for the new Breathwork Music App I’m building. This means that later you can relive the concert via the app and enjoy breathing at home.

We’ll handle the recordings with care—if you absolutely do not want to appear on camera, wear a fake mustache and sunglasses, or email me before 5 September with a photo and your name, and I’ll pass it on to the cameraman.

Can’t make it?

Final words
I spoke with Ekaterina, Niene, and the rest of the team this week, and we are incredibly excited! I would actually love to sit among you to experience what it’s like to breathe together with 600 people at the same rhythm. To simply enjoy and dive deep into myself. But I am proud and grateful to organize this, and I enjoy that tremendously too. A big, beautiful step.
