This evening is different from the previous Breathing Concerts, and that's exactly why I want you there. A brand new interplay, between the magical Fralalai and me, before it goes on tour through the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Czech Republic.
This evening is for free, for breathwork coaches only. A donation will be very appreciated though, you can give a tip, at the last stage of your order, where you fill in your contact details.

ABOUT THIS EVENING
When Fralalai and me first met musically this summer, real magic arose between her sounds and mine, a mega flow, without needing any words, we strengthened each other. We were so pleasantly surprised that we said: wow, this needs to go out into the world, let's do it, together.
During the evening recordings will be made, because the Breathing Concert will be broadcasted at Giel Beelen's Kukuru Ademkr8. And we like to use the recordings for the Breathwork Music app and our promotion. I've been giving Breathing Concerts for three years now, but it's all still new abroad, so recordings will help. And don't worry, if you absolutely don't want to be on camera, bring a fake moustache and sunglasses 🤣, or just let us know, and we'll take that into account.
THE JOURNEY
On this power place, with our breath and our music, we make a journey inward through the heart. First we feel everything that wants to be felt and touched. Then we sink into stillness, until time itself seems to stand still. And from there, we spiral back outward, full of strength and love.
A blend of Fralalai's sounds and mine, with influences from Enya and Celtic music, her voice, harp, flute, drums and drones, carrying you deep into yourself. During rehearsals, something beautiful arose between us too, an interplay between feminine and masculine energy, and that's what we'll continue exploring together this evening.
We play with different colours and feelings, to sense what wants to move. With the aim of remembering who we truly are, beneath all the layers we've picked up along the way, and from there, to feel our power, and to truly stand in it. But everything is an invitation, and everyone has their own journey, we are free.
BREATHING TECHNIQUES
It will be a mix of gentle breathwork, connected breathwork and something more intense, always loving breathwork. Think Heart Coherence, Slow Down Breathing, Heaven To Earth Breathing, Wind Breathing, and of course the Love Breathing. (If you're not familiar with these methods, download the Breathwork Music App from the app store, it's free, a gift from me to the world :)
FIXED SEATS? SITTING? WHAT TO BRING?
To make sure everyone has a spot, this can't be a lying-down concert. It's a seated concert with chairs and free spots on the floor. Feel free to bring a small cushion to sit on, and a bottle of good, structured water.

ROUTE AND PARKING
Navigate to Baron de Coubertinlaan 2, Amsterdam for parking. Parking in the neighbourhood is paid, but around the Buitensloterkerk there are signs during the week showing where you can park, and that's paid until 19:00, so around the start of the concert it's essentially free.

About my dream
I had a dream, dream, dreammm… Yes, like Martin Luther King, even though with my fluffy red beard I look more like Ed Sheeran 😄. After exploring old mysteries with documentary maker Marijn Poels, I discovered something we've collectively forgotten: the immense power within ourselves. We just have to remember...
And then the dream arose: thousands of beautiful hearts breathing as one organism, on music from the heart, brought together on power places all over the world, all at the same moment, from tower to tower, across every continent. And in that moment, remembering who we truly are. Together we create a living network of love. I still get goosebumps writing this.
Recently in Amsterdam, during the Love Breathing with 600 guests, the sound engineer's wifi suddenly went down, right as the Schumann resonance peaked. Coincidence? Or did it just fall into place? In the 90s, crime in Washington D.C. dropped by 23% when a large group meditated together, the Maharishi effect. If focused attention can do that, what happens when thousands of people breathe in sync, worldwide, on power places, with one loving intention? Do Musk's satellites fall out of the sky? 🤣 We'll see... But first, together, on Dutch clay. 🧡 🌬️
How did it all start?
The dream of the Breathing Concerts began in Eastern Europe in 2023, where Adrian lives. After a trial concert in Berlin, multiple sold-out tours across the Netherlands, and a beautiful collaboration with Ekaterina Shelehova, Christina von Dreien and more, here we are. A dream that has become reality.
In which language?
The language of the heart, of course 😁... and the music speaks for itself. When I speak, it will be in Basic Adrianish English this time 👍.
Music in 432 Hz?
Yes! The music will be tuned to different frequencies, and 432 Hz will be one of them. I just love this tuning.
