WELCOME TO MY DREAM

I had a dream, dream, dreammm… Yes, like Martin Luther King, even though with my fluffy red beard I look more like Ed Sheeran 😄. After exploring old mysteries with documentary maker Marijn Poels, I discovered something we've collectively forgotten: the immense power within ourselves. We just have to remember...

And then the dream arose: thousands of beautiful hearts breathing as one organism, on music from the heart, brought together on power places all over the world, all at the same moment, from tower to tower, across every continent. And in that moment, remembering who we truly are. Together we create a living network of love. I still get goosebumps writing this.

Recently in Amsterdam, during the Love Breathing with 600 guests, the sound engineer's wifi suddenly went down, right as the Schumann resonance peaked. Coincidence? Or did it just fall into place? In the 90s, crime in Washington D.C. dropped by 23% when a large group meditated together, the Maharishi effect. If focused attention can do that, what happens when thousands of people breathe in sync, worldwide, on power places, with one loving intention? Do Musk's satellites fall out of the sky?

But first on Dutch clay, with its own stillness, its own magic. 🧡 🌬️

How did it all start?

The dream of the Breathing Concerts began in Eastern Europe in 2023, where Adrian lives. After a trial concert in Berlin, multiple sold-out tours across the Netherlands, and a beautiful collaboration with Ekaterina Shelehova, Christina von Dreien and more, here we are. A dream that has become reality.

Do I really have to breathe?

I would love for you to try it and experience it! But no, you are absolutely welcome to simply enjoy the music and the energy of the space. You don't have to breathe on the rhythm of my music. Give it a chance, you can always return to your own natural rhythm.

Do I need breathwork experience?

It is for everyone! Whether you have zero experience, you are an expert, or somewhere in between. :) I always say that everyone is already an expert, you have been breathing since the day you were born, right? 😉 Come alone, with friends, your yoga group, or your breathwork circle. See you there!

Why come together?

Since the beginning of time, cultures all over the world have shown that gathering together is essential for mental and physical wellbeing. These gatherings created a space where everyone felt held and supported by the community around them. In our increasingly digital world, the Breathing Concerts invite us to rediscover the power of togetherness, to feel what it means to breathe in unison with love. To be carried by it, and also to awaken your own inner forces. Your breath. Your voice.

In which language?

The language of the heart, of course 😁... and the music speaks for itself. When I speak, it will be in Basic Adrianish English this time 👍.

Music in 432 Hz?

Yes! The music will be tuned to different frequencies, and 432 Hz will be one of them. I just love this tuning.

For those who don't know Adrian:

Adrian Kuipers is a composer, musician, filmmaker with hobbit-feet, and a lover of nature. After discovering the power of the breath, Adrian began composing special music for breathwork, and what grew from that is the Breathwork Music App and the Breathing Concerts. With her voice and harp she weaves landscapes with Celtic influences, in the spheres of Enya and Loreena McKennitt, that carry me effortlessly into a deep, transformative state.

When we first met musically last summer, it flowed instantly. We both felt it: wow, this is exactly right, this needs to go out into the world. So many themes come together in our shared music, so that's why the subtitle beame: When it all comes together...

Program & breathing techniques:

This is a complete journey, a flight from take-off to landing. We guide you with your breath and our live music. You can breathe along or simply close your eyes and receive the frequencies as a concert. We play and improvise on what the moment asks for. One great breath journey.

First we spiral inward through our heart, experiencing what needs to be touched. We spiral deeper into stillness, into the quiet beneath the noise of everyday life, into a remembrance of who we truly are at the core. Then, from that still centre, we spiral outward, standing in our power, feeling our love and sending it out into the world. 🧡

Along the way, we move through variaty of breathwork techniques, like the heart breathing, heaven to earth breathing, slow down breathing, wind breathing, love breathing, and maybe some others when needed.

Carry the journey home with you:

Adrian's breathwork music lives inside the Breathwork Music App. After the concert, you can return to the same frequencies, the same depth, from wherever you are in the world. Breathe at home, in nature, on a morning that needs something more. The app is your companion for the journey that continues after the evening closes.

There is a good chance that people around you will be in a meditative state 😊. So if you want to bring your children, please consider whether they can stay quietly, so that everyone can remain deep in the experience. 😘

Seating, what to wear, what to bring:

To make room for as many beautiful people as possible, this is a seated concert with chairs and seats at the floor. Bring a small pillow, clothing in layers so you can adjust to the temperature. Bring a bottle of good, structured water 😊, it will be energised during the concert. There are no fixed seats, you can choose your spot when the doors open.

Your ticket and access:

Because many people will be coming, there may be a short queue outside. To keep things moving, please have your purchase confirmation ready on your phone or printed at the entrance. There are no physical tickets. The purchase confirmation is the email with the price that you received directly when you placed your order, with subject line: "Order #SH… confirmed." We ask for love and patience with each other. We've got this!

Breathwork can bring about intense physical and emotional experiences. Please consult your doctor if you have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, glaucoma, a recent operation, severe psychiatric conditions, or if you are pregnant. I always say, listen to your body. You always have the choice to sit out a round or simply breathe at your own pace. By participating, you take full responsibility for your own wellbeing.

Recordings:

During the concert, recordings might be made. The material may be used for a video, social media, and for the Breathwork Music App, so you can relive the concert at home and breathe along in your own space whenever you need it. We handle recordings with great care. If you absolutely do not want to appear on camera, wear a fake moustache and sunglasses, or send me an email with a photo and your name and I will pass it on to the camera guy. :)

Final words:

We are incredibly excited. I would honestly love to sit among you one day and simply experience what it feels like to breathe as one with hundreds of people. To just enjoy it and dive deep inside myself. But I am deeply proud and grateful to be the one making this happen, and I enjoy that enormously too.
