How did it all start?

The Breathing Concerts dream began in East Germany in 2023, where Adrian lives. After a trial concert in Berlin and multiple sold-out tours, we’re now here, with the incredible collaboration between Adrian and Ekaterina Shelehova, plus now also a full band!

Do I really have to breathe?

I’d love for you to try and experience it! But no, you’re welcome to simply enjoy the music and the energy flowing through the space. You don’t have to breathe to the rhythm of my music. I’d say give it a try; you can always return to your normal rhythm.

Do I need breathing experience?

It’s for everyone! Whether you have no experience at all, are an expert, or somewhere in between. :) By the way, I always say that everyone is an expert, you’ve been breathing since birth, right? 😉 Come alone, with your friends, your yoga group, or your breathwork club. See you there!

Why come together?

Since the beginning of time, cultures around the world have shown that coming together is essential for mental and physical well-being. These gatherings created a space where everyone felt supported by the community. In our increasingly digital world, the Breathing Concerts invite us to rediscover the power of togetherness, to feel the strength of breathing lovingly in unison. To be carried by it, and also to awaken your own inner forces. Your breath. Your voice.

In which language will it be?

The language of the heart for sure 😁... and the music speaks for itself. When I speak, it will be in Basic Adrianish English 👍.

Music in 432 Hz?

Yes! The music is tuned to 432 Hz and specially composed with rhythms that align with breathing techniques. This allows everyone to breathe together, and let the magic happen.

For those who don’t know Adrian:

Adrian Kuipers is a composer, musician, filmmaker with Hobbit feet, and a lover of nature. After discovering the power of the breath, Adrian began composing special music for breathing exercises. He is the founder of Breathing Concerts and is sharing the magic of this powerful medicine with the world.

For those who don’t know Ekaterina Shelehova:

Ekaterina, is a renowned opera singer who got famous for several talent shows around the world. She is also the lead singer of the band Era. She’s known for the wonderful songs “Savage Daughter” and “Earth Melodies.” Check out her [Instagram], where she has gathered over 1.2 million fans, or her [YouTube channel].

The band:

Next to Adrian and Ekaterina, 2 other magicians/musicians came in: Jesse and Benji of 'De Meemakers'. Two wonderful souls with the same mission and frequency.

Program & breathing techniques:

We are still busy with the exact program, but for sure we will do a Heart Coherence Breathing to dive deep into our heart and our peace. And for sure we will do the 
Love Breathing. Because that is my favourite breathwork, create loving energy for every cell in our body and sending it through the church tower into the world, to the places that needs it the most.

It will be a total journey, a flight, from take-off to touch-down we will guide you with your breathe and our music. You can breathe along with the music or simply close your eyes and enjoy the frequencies as a concert. Ekaterina will sing with our music, we’ll play and improvise on what's needed in the moment. It will be one big breathing trip!

Bringing kids?

There’s a high chance people will enter a meditative state 😊. So if you want to bring your kids, please consider whether they can remain quiet so that everyone can stay deep in the experience. 😘

Fixed seating? Sitting or lying down? What to bring?

To create a space for as many beautiful souls as possible, the event will be a seated concert with chairs and church benches. Bring layered clothing so you can adjust to the temperature. Bring a bottle filled with good, structured water :) It will be energised during the concert. No assigned seats, you can choose your spot when doors open. 50% of the people can sit downstairs, which will have the best view, the rest can sit on the first floor. If you like to have the best seats, you have to come as early as possible.

Entry ticket
We ask you to show your ticket at the door, which can be downloaded after purchase on your phone or through e-mail, a printed version is also allowed ofcourse.

Important Safety Note
The breathwork can create intense physical and emotional experiences. Please ask your doctor if you have cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, glaucoma, recent surgeries, severe mental health conditions, or are pregnant. By participating, you take full responsibility for your wellbeing.

Recordings
During the concert, recordings will be made. The footage may be used for a video clip with Ekaterina and for the new Breathwork Music App. This means that later you can relive the concert via the app and enjoy breathing at home.

We’ll handle the recordings with care, if you absolutely do not want to appear on camera, wear a fake mustache and sunglasses, or email me with a photo and your name, and I’ll pass it on to the cameraman. :)

Can’t make it?

Final words
I spoke with Ekaterina, and the rest of the team this week, and we are incredibly excited! I would actually love to sit among you to experience what it’s like to breathe together with soooo many people at the same rhythm. To simply enjoy and dive deep into myself. But I am proud and grateful to organize this, and I enjoy that tremendously too. A big, beautiful step.
