General Visitor Terms and Conditions

Ticket Sales
Ticket sales are conducted online. In rare cases, a ticket can still be purchased at the door.

If the concert visitor does not use the ticket, it is at their own expense; there is no refund policy. However, you can give or sell the tickets to someone else.

Seating and Lying Areas
There is free choice of seating, except for seats reserved by the organization. A request for a specific seat can only be made for exceptional reasons. For lying concerts, attendees must provide their own surface, such as a mat or blanket. To ensure everyone has a spot in the space, attendees are asked to bring a mat or blanket that is no more than 20 cm larger around than the person themselves.

Location
Upon request, the concert visitor is required to show their ticket and/or any proof of entitlement to entry upon entering the respective location.

Phones or other wireless communication devices must be turned off during the concert.

During their stay, the concert visitor is required to follow the instructions and directions given by the organization. If, in the organization's reasonable judgment, the concert visitor acts in violation of these directions or instructions, further access to the concert may be denied without any right to compensation for the admission ticket.

The organization reserves the right to make audio and/or video recordings of the concert attended by the concert visitor. If the concert visitor does not agree with publication, this must be reported in writing.

Liability
The stay of the concert visitor is at their own expense and risk. The organization disclaims liability for any injury, theft, damage to, or loss of items unless it can be clearly demonstrated that the organization is at fault.

Changes
The organization of the Breathing Concerts reserves the right to cancel the concert in case of unforeseen circumstances of any nature. This applies when obligations cannot be fulfilled, are not timely, or cannot be met without burdensome extra efforts and/or costs. Unforeseen circumstances include, but are not limited to:

  • Mobilization, war, rioting, terrorism;
  • A day of national mourning;
  • Government measures such as rationing;
  • Strikes;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Illness of the artist
