The dream is becoming truth
4 Medicines. 1 Journey.
Hundreds of people breathing as one organism — in a sacred space, to the same rhythm — the rhythm of the music, the rhythm of the heart. Together we spiral inward, into the stillness and remembrance of who we truly are. Then we spiral outward — generating so much collective love that it shoots through the church tower into the world, to the places that need it most. That is the Love Breathing. And once you have felt it, you do not forget it.
This is what
awaits you
Not a concert. Not a meditation class. Some call it a combination of medicines. Others just call it coming home. Spiralling inwards with the breath, remember who you truly are. Then outwards again with love.
I have a dream...
After exploring ancient mysteries with Marijn Poels, sleeping beside ancient graves in Sardinia, and measuring pyramid energies in Bosnia, something became undeniably clear. We have forgotten the immense power within ourselves.
This is my dream. Thousands of beautiful hearts breathing as one organism, in sacred spaces on places of power across the world — all at the same moment. A living network of love and intention, stretching from church tower to church tower across every continent.
In these moments we remember who we truly are. And then — through our breath, our music, and the power of the place — we shoot that love into the world, to the places where it is needed most.
In the 1990s, researchers studied what happened when a large group of meditators gathered together in Washington D.C. Crime in the city dropped by 23% during the period of meditation. The study became known as the Maharishi Effect. If focused collective consciousness can do that — imagine what happens when hundreds of people breathe together with the same intention, in a sacred space, on a ley line, through a tower that functions as an antenna.

One transformation.
Every Breathing Concert moves through the same intentional arc — from the noise of daily life to the deepest stillness, and back out into the world with a full and open heart.

The breathing
techniques
These are some of the techniques that may be used during a Breathing Concert— the exact journey is always guided by the feeling of the space and the moment. Try them here to get a taste of what awaits, or download our Breathwork Music App for the real deal :)
Every concert is unique. The techniques below are guides, not a fixed programme.
Heart Coherence
5.5s in · 5.5s out · continuousThe most scientifically validated breathing pattern for stress reduction and heart-brain coherence. Breathing at exactly 5.5 seconds in and 5.5 seconds out synchronises your heart rate variability, activates the parasympathetic nervous system, and brings your entire body into a state of resonance.
Used at the opening of every Breathing Concert to bring the entire room into one shared rhythm — one field, one breath, one organism.
Slow Down Breathing
Your own pace · slower with each breath · through the noseFrom feeling everything in your heart — we now move into deep stillness.Let everything settle and integrate. Begin breathing at your own pace, through your nose, into your belly. With every breath, go a little slower, a little shallower. No pause between the breaths — just a continuous, ever-gentler flow.
All those emotions you felt are now free to settle into your cells, to find their home in your body's wisdom. Reduce further still — breathing just enough to hold space for all that you've felt. This is where integration happens naturally.
And then — you may feel a gentle need for more air. Don't panic. Observe it. You can play with it. When you feel this comfortable need for air, something remarkable happens in your body — related to the principles of Buteyko breathing, where CO₂ tolerance increases and cellular oxygen delivery improves. Experiment: how slow can you breathe, while accepting this gentle craving? You will get the air you need. I promise.
Let your breath become so subtle that even the memory of feeling fades into pure presence. Time is an illusion. Let's fade into space.
Wind Breathing
Your own rhythm · builds in speed & sound · no fixed timerFrom the depths of stillness, a breeze begins.Wind Breathing is Adrian's technique for awakening power, strength, and aliveness from the inside out. You breathe continuously — no pause, no fixed pace — and with each exhale you make the sound of the wind, shaping your breath into a living force.
It starts as a gentle summer breeze. Gradual, rhythmic, warming. Then it builds through the seasons — into an autumn gust, a winter storm — creating heat, energy, and a fierce sense of clarity and self-awareness. The sound is part of it: your voice and breath together are the instrument.
Physiologically, this technique increases circulation, stimulates the lymphatic system, raises body temperature, and creates a natural state of heightened energy and presence. It prepares the body for the Love Breathing that follows — clearing the old, creating space, writing a blank page.
Heaven to Earth
4s in · 4s hold · 4s out · 4s holdA technique developed by Adrian, based on box breathing — but not a square. A vertical channel. From Mother Earth below, through your body as conductor, to Father Heaven above. And back. Your body is the bridge between worlds.
Step 1 — Inhale (4s): Breathe in slowly through your nose. Feel the energy of Mother Earth rising up through your feet, through your body, all the way up to the sky. Charge yourself with this earthly life force.
Step 2 — Hold (4s): Hold with full lungs. You are at the top — connected to your essence star, your spiritual self above. Let that energy fill you completely.
Step 3 — Exhale (4s): Breathe out slowly through your nose. The heavenly energy flows down through your body, back into the earth. You are the conductor.
Step 4 — Hold (4s): Empty. Give everything you no longer need back to Mother Earth — not as a debt, but as a gift. She will compost it into something fertile. Something new.

Love Breathing
32 breaths × 3 rounds · hold · send love into the worldAn experiment inspired by the Wim Hof breathing— but the focus is not on the breath itself. It is on the inexhaustible source of energy that exists everywhere in and around us: prana, chi, the ether, orgone, life energy. We harvest this energy by inhaling, and with each exhale we fill the space with it. Think of it as filling a vast bath with love energy. And when the space is full — we shoot it into the world.
Round 1 — 32 breaths: Breathe deeply like a wave — first filling the abdomen, then the chest, then the head. Maximum in. Harvest the infinite energy around you. On the exhale, deflate like a balloon and release that energy into the space. Fill the room like a bath. 32 times.
Hold (60s · 90s · 90s): After the 32nd exhale — don't breathe. Float in the pool of collected love energy you've created. Observe what happens: tingling, emotions, warmth, waves of sensation. Everything is welcome. If you can't reach the full hold, breathe very slowly until the signal comes.
The send: Take one deep breath in — and imagine inhaling the entire bath of love energy. Tense your whole body. Press gently towards your pineal gland, the centre of your head. Hold for 15 seconds. Then, on the signal — exhale forcefully, once, and shoot all of that collected love energy through your third eye into the world. Three rounds. Exciting. ☺️
Return: After the third round, we land gently back. Breathe slowly. Feel your body. Come back to the room, to each other, to the earth. You are here. You are loved.
Artists &
collaborators
Over the years, extraordinary artists have joined Adrian on stage — some as returning collaborators, some as guests for a single unforgettable concert. Each one chosen by feeling, never by formula.
What people
feel
No description does it justice. These are the words of people who were there — in the room, breathing together.
I'd never done breathwork before — I just came for the music. But within minutes I found myself in the deepest silence I've ever experienced. I felt complete peace inside of me. Like coming home.
First-time visitor
As a breathwork coach, I thought I knew what to expect. But this was next level. The climax at the end created such an ocean of love that I could literally feel it flowing through me and radiating out into the world. Pure bliss.
Breathwork coach
As an 80-year-old woman I wasn't sure what to expect — but I let myself be guided. After losing my grandson, something shifted in me that evening. For the first time in a long time, I felt held. Deeply grateful.
